Summer everywhere ☀ ❁ 

Hey there,

I just wanted to make another outfit post because I like doing it and I hope you like reading it:) So there again I went with my friend Petra, which is always the poor soul that is taking pictures of me, for a walk through woods and fields near my home. 

Lara without leggings what the fluff!!! Yeah I know I'm kinda shocked too, but the reason is that it is boiling hot outside and I don't want to make my life harder that already is. I think that I have a serious obsession with leggings like I probably have 12 pairs of leggings and 3 pairs of jeans. They are just so comfortable how could you hate it. But I like the skirt. I bought it last year in Pimkie which is my favourite shop ever, ever, EVER. But I didn't wear it a lot because I wasn't comfortable with showing my legs, but now I don't really care. I mean it's pointless hiding something yours and boiling on the sun just because you're afraid that someone will judge it. I'm still not 100 percent comfortable with my body but I'm getting there. I'm planing to focus more on  that theme in another blog post that will come out in the future:)

For make-up I decided that I'm gonna go subtle on the eyes and focus more on the lips. I love the dark colour lipstick I just think that it suits me because I'm really pale (seriously I know that I mention that in every blog post but look at my arms at the upper photo they are almost the same shade as my shirt) and I just feel so classy/badass while wearing it. Unfortunately I can't tell you the name of the lipstick because I got it  for Christmas a few years ago in case full of make-up which was probably cheap and I lost/gave other products because they were crap. But I keep this one it still is not one of the best lipstick that I had but it did it's job.

  ❁ Field of flowers ❁

 Hey there,

long time no see, did you miss me? Probably not but I'm still here. The reason that there hasn't been a new post for a such a long time is one simple reason: school. Currently I have lots of work because now I have to do all the exams to pass this class and because I'm homeschooling I need to do most of them by myself and me and Maths aren't really best friends.  And with that I also need to find someone who wants to spend time with me and take photos of my face (poor thing).  So I really need to thank my best friend Petra who helps me with the photos because  I couldn't have done this without her.

Also I need to thank you guys who clicked on this blog and spend 5 minutes (or more) reading my posts or even write a comment on my post. It's been around 3000 people who clicked on my blog and someone would think that is nothing but I can't even believe, it's just so crazy to put your mind to it. I'm literally shaking right now while writing this. So yeah, I just want you to know that I appreciate every single one of you reading this and I can't thank you enough and I just hope you're enjoying my blog

MARCH FAVOURITES

Well, in March I have been experimenting with new make-up and found some which I'm in love with and some that I wasn't so happy about. Today I'm going to focus on the better half and hope you'll find some use out of it - even if you don't I'm still doing it. 

Tarte, park ave princess : Because you can't get that in Slovenia I had to order it from America which you had to pay the duties which was 37% of the whole price (yep I did match for you guys). But it was all worth it because I love the product. The bronzer it's just wonderful and the blush is so pigmented and it goes great with the highlighter. 

L'oreal Paris, La Palette Nude: well this palette is definitely a 'Must Have'. It has all the nude colours that you need and I recommend it to you if you're new in make-up. It has 4 shimmery colours and 6 matt colours and most of them are very pigmented. It's like the cheaper version of the Naked pallets. Also it's very compact for traveling.

Bourjois Paris, Healthy Mix foundation and Bourjois Paris, Healthy Mix concealer; First let me just say that Bourjois foundations are my favourite because they feel light, the coverage is great, they don't leave any spots on my skin and they smell so good (which is very important to me, because who likes a foundation that smells like paint). Also what I love about this foundation is that is very similar to my skin tone- which is really hard because I'm so white that even when you turn the light off you can see me. The concealer is also great and it covers the spots but my favourite is definitely Wake Me Up concealer by Rimmel.

Bourjois Paris, Rose de Jaspe: First thing I need to put out is that I love the scent. I know it's weird but it's really rare that you find a blusher that you like the scent. Basically Bourjois made a collection of blushers and everyone is made for a different skin tones (so of course I took for the lightest skin). And it actually looks really natural on my cheeks. Also I like the light shimmer in it so you don't need to use highlighter.

So yeah these are some things that I loved in March and I still love in April. Let me know what were your favourites in March so that I could try and tell you what I think. I hope you like this post and as always I will

Things to be grateful!!

You probably know that long nights when you can't sleep and you get deep into your thoughts. Well I got one of those four days ago. I thought about how lucky I actually am that I can sleep every night in my bed with roof above my head. There are so many things that we take for granted, which some people wouldn't even dare to dream of.

I'm going to start with most logical thing and about how we always complain how our phones are not working as they should or how our computers keep shutting down, when we don't even realize that there are people who can't even drink drinking water or they wear the same clothes for almost all of their lives. Do we even realize how lucky we are that we even got our *stupid* phone and lots of other similar stuff. 

Second thing is school. Currently I'm kinda home schooled so it's not rare that I want to quit studying and don't want to deal with it for the rest of the day. But we should be more serious about it considering that in some countries they don't even let girls go to school. Besides there are countries where most of children can't read let alone write. So next time when you're doing work for school or studying for math exams just remember how lucky you are, that you have the right to education. And don't worry I need to remind myself about this 5 times a day.

The third thing is (which I didn't think about before but the idea came to me after a talk with a friend) that of course we have some things that we like to change like freckles on your nose or the whole nose itself. But there are some people who will never experience stuff that we take for granted. When I have started having panic attacks I wanted to give everything to get rid of them. Luckily now I can stop them by listening to music. But what about those people who will never hear music, what about those who will never see how beautiful day is today. I don't write this to pity them but to respect them because they are true heroes.

List of related stuff goes on and on... but I think that we often forget things like that. So next time when you are going to have some trouble with your phone or studying just remember that there are worse things. So take advantage of the opportunities that are given to you. So this is my first post about my thoughts and I hope you will like it. Now I should go back to study history from which I have exam tomorrow. So fingers crossed.

Spring sweaters 

I can't believe that is already spring, like I still think that yesterday was December. But I'm not complaining because that means there are only 3 months till summer!

Spring is the time where the weather gets warmer but that happens in the middle of spring so that means that we need to put up with cold for more than 40 days. And because I don't want to wear same old colors like I did in winter I need new sweaters in brighter colors. So I went on We heart it for some inspirations and I want it to share them with you.

This was the first photo that inspired me to do this post, because you can't even decide which one is your favorite

I was always obsessed with flower patterns and because it's spring it obviously a must. Wow I just realized that the top is see through, yep I'm an idiot.

There are 2 reasons why I love this sweater, 1: because I love the colors 2. the collar (even though it's not part of the sweater)

C'mon who could hate this color:)

A walk in my hometown

Yesterday was such a nice day that it would be a crime not to get out of the house and enjoy in the sun. That's way I thought that it would be a perfect day to visit the center of Škofja Loka and because I haven't done a blog post in quite a while I took my friend and the camera with me:)

                                         

As you can see I also had a haircut which I actually love. When I was younger I hated every time that my mom took me to the hairdresser because I thought that girls should have long hair because that makes them cuter *bullshit*. My hair were pretty long and because I have lots of hair it always took me a lot of time to do something with it. Having short hair is a plus and a minus because it takes you less time to brush it, hair dry it,...but also you can't do a lot of hairstyles like lots of plats or buns.

I also coloured my  hair. Nothing drastic. I coloured them just because I was bored of my hair color and I wanted something lighter because I don't want to look as pale as I already am.

                                             

I don't visit Škofja Loka as often as I used to. Mostly because my school is in a different city and I don't have as much time as I used to have. Which is pretty sad because it is such a nice town with historical tales and amazing architecture. I want to tell you more about it but I'm  going to save it for my post about Škofja Loka which will probably come in April or May.

Winter fairytale

So finally we awaited snow in our country and I was so excited that I decided for a little walk in the woods with my best friend and shoot some photos along.

I  have always loved Christmas time because of the lights, decorations, spending time with your friends and family,...etc. But this year wasn't so great because I spent most of December in hospital and having really bad panic attacks. But that day I felt like a little kid walking in the snow and forgot all the problems.

I spent Christmas with my family and it was one of the best that I've ever had. The gifts were great and my favourite is definitely Chanel lipstick that I got from my dad which I'm wearing in this photos. Also I loved all the presents that I received from my friends cause they are so thoughtful. On the Christmas day we played quiz and I don't remember a day that I laughed so much. It was so funny watching my mom screaming the answer if she knew it and claping to herself if she got it right. 

So tomorrow we are going to step in the new year and my new year resolution is to be happy and don't stress as much as I did last year... and more blogging.

THE LUSH HAUL:

First let me mention that I LOVE baths. Every Sunday night I usually take one hour for myself, I light up the candles, I put some relaxing music and I throw  a LUSH BALL in my bathtub.

I found Lush in London, which I visited in August and I fell in love with this store. When I found out that we also got Lush in Slovenia I went to visit it the same second (OK not literally but the first second I got the opportunity to go).

So last month I treated myself and bought a couple of things (sorry because I didn't put the post before, but I lost my footage - typically me)

1. SPACE GIRL

This one is my favourite so I had to buy two of them. The scent is a bit sweet but it's not too strong. When you put it in the bathtub the water becomes purple with little sparkles, but they don't stick on your body.

2. TWILIGHT

This scent is hard to describe, it says that it smells like lavender but I can't agree with that. The one thing that I can assure is that if you love sweet scents but not too overwhelming then you are going to love it. When you put it in the tub you can see purple, pink and blue colours but at the end it becomes purple.

3. HONEY BEE

This scent reminds me of honey (*duh*) but it's not too strong because I don't actually like the smell of honey. When you put it in the bath the water becomes light yellow.

4.PUMPKIN

This bubble bath is a bit different to others. It is more useful than others because you can use it more than once and it also creates bubbles. I think that the smell reminds me of spruce tree but nobody agrees with me. The glitter isn't the best because it sticks on your body after the bath.

5. THE COMFORTER

This bubble bath literally smells like that bubble gum that we loved when we were younger (hope you know what I mean). The scent is very sweet and you can smell this ball all day and you won't get tired of the smell. When you put it in the bath the water becomes pink and the best part is, that it BUBBLES!!
